Welcome!  I’m now accepting applications for Fall enrollment.  Please read through my studio policy for tuition rates, fees and other necessary information.  My studio policy page should also answer most any other question you would have for me.

Fall lessons begin the first week of September.  You will need to contact me and arrange a date to meet with me as early as possible before September 1st that to arrange a lesson time, go through needed lesson materials and review my studio policy— all prior to the first lesson.   It may take a couple of weeks to get books if they need to be ordered so have that in mind.

If you have an interest in music and in playing piano I would love to have the opportunity to guide you through your journey of piano study.

A solid foundation on which to build future skills is necessary. This includes areas of musicianship such as correct posture, theory, technique, music analysis, harmony, sight-reading and performance,  which are integrated into my approach of teaching.

Piano study is a journey, not a destination and it should lead us to find music we can truly feel and express from the heart -- music we enjoy listening to and want to become proficient at playing.  Students are encouraged to play music that suits their personality and personal interests - such as Classical, Modern, Pop, Jazz, in addition to regular lesson books.

I offer opportunities for local students to participate in studio recitals as well as local piano festivals and guilds.

I currently have openings in my studio schedule for all ranges of students ages 7+ and offer 25% off September tuition if you register before July 31, 2022!

*Contact me for a free intake interview or to check availability for lesson openings.  I look forward to meeting you!
